Refill Request
Simply fill out all the required fields and include a quick update on how your cat is doing on the current medications and let us know when you need it.
For all refills please allow 48hrs for the request to be processed by the doctor. We will email or call you when they are ready to be picked up, if there are any delays with the refill we will contact you as soon as possible.
For urgent requests or if you have not heard from us within the allotted time please give us a call at (416) 479-0142.
IMPORTANT: Prescription Refills and/or Food Orders are not confirmed until you have received a notification from us. A staff member will contact you by phone or email.
